Commercial landscaping & maintenance
Curb appeal that holds up to a Monday morning.
PGS designs and installs commercial landscapes — then keeps them on a weekly or biweekly maintenance contract. One in-house crew. One invoice. Offices, HOAs, retail, and multi-family from Magnolia to Houston.

01 — Landscaping
New commercial landscapes, built to spec.
Entries, monuments, parking-lot islands, foundation beds, turf, trees, and lighting — planned for Houston clay, Magnolia light, and the way people actually walk the site. We install to a property-manager spec, not a weekend guess.
Irrigation is included when the job needs it. PGS is a licensed irrigation contractor (LI0017206), so the landscape and the water system are one conversation.
- 01Entries & monuments
The first thing owners, tenants, and guests see. Stone, beds, color, and lighting that read from the street.
- 02Beds, turf & trees
Parking islands, building frontage, and common areas planted to survive traffic and Texas summer.
- 03Irrigation on the same ticket
Licensed design, install, and controller setup so the new landscape is watered correctly from day one.
02 — Maintenance
Grounds contracts that stay on the calendar.
Commercial maintenance is a route, not a favor. You get a named supervisor, a set day, and invoices you can forward to ownership. We cut, edge, blow, shape beds, refresh mulch, rotate color, and check irrigation — weekly or biweekly.
If we installed the landscape, we already know the plant list and the controller. If we did not, we walk the site first and quote a clean scope so there are no surprises mid-season.
- 01Mow, edge, blow
Turf and hardscape kept to a commercial standard — walks, lots, and dumpster pads included.
- 02Beds & seasonal color
Weeding, pruning, mulch, and color changes that keep the property looking leased, not leftover.
- 03Irrigation checks
Broken heads and short cycles caught on the route, not after a tenant complaint.

How commercial work starts
A site walk. A clear scope. A start date.
- 01
Walk the property
We meet on site — you, the supervisor, and a tape on the problem areas. Photos and notes go back to the office the same day.
- 02
Itemized proposal
Install, maintenance, or both. Frequency, inclusions, and a monthly number you can put in front of ownership.
- 03
Mobilize
Crews show on the day we book. New installs get a punch list. Maintenance gets a named route and a standing weekday.
- 04
Report & renew
Invoices, extras, and irrigation notes you can file. We stay on the property as long as the work stays honest.
